We recommend preparing the poster in DIN A0 portrait format despite the online format.
As a major guideline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the content of each poster into introduction, results and conclusion, with a summary listing the pertinent results and conclusion.
All content that you want to present should be shown on one page. You can present the poster in a short video (max 50 MB), so that the participants have the opportunity to inform themselves outside the poster session. The video can either be uploaded in your Speaker profile or posted via link from Youtube, Vimeo or similar.
You also have the possibility to upload the actual poster as a PDF file. Please be aware, however, that each participant might save the file locally on his or her computer. You should therefore protect your PDF file accordingly so that no content can be copied.
The posters will be divided into 2 poster sessions on Tuesday, September 15 (P 01 - P 32) and Wednesday, September 16 (P 33 - P 63). During this time you should be online for discussions with the participants (see programme). We have provided a link to the video chat tool Jitsi for each poster. In Jitsi you have the possibility to mute all participants if there are too many in your room. Please enter your virtual room via the poster session in the agenda.
