Please note that talks should not exceed 15 min presentation time plus 5 minutes for questions. After each session we have scheduled a 15-minute break, during which participants have the opportunity to discuss with the speakers. Please schedule this accordingly.

As a meeting platform we use Whova and Zoom. It is recommended As a speaker, you have received a link to enter your personal information.
Please prepare your slides in 16:9 format. Please log in as a normal participant before your presentation. The host of the session will invite you as a speaker for your presentation. Please log in with your first and last name as stated in the programme and add "Speaker" at the end (first name last name - speaker).
We recommend using 2 monitors if possible - one for playback of the presentation and one for Whova/Zoom.
